1. The Mobile Flow Service

Mobile Flow provides a web-based platform for the creation and delivery of mobile marketing, advertising, commerce and entertainment across all mobile channels.

2. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in such courts.
