This HMO organisation needed to find a more direct and efficient way to manage thousands of tenants over several hundred properties.
Mobile Flow proposed a combination of mobile apps and cloud based tracking and management systems. Following a brief prototyping phase, SMS messaging was added to improve inbound and outbound communications.
